Browse our on-line boutique, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket by clicking on "add to basket" in the matrix next to the relevant product. If you have a discount code, enter it into the box on the shopping basket page.

Check out

Once you have made your selection, proceed to delivery and payment details. You will be asked to enter your details, including e-mail, billing and shipping address. We need to have an e-mail address so that we can contact you if there are any problems.

Payment

You can pay for your order by using the following; Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect or Maestro. We do not accept American Express, cheques or cash. All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering which will require the cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user. You may enter a different shipping address (e.g. work, or if it is a gift) from the billing address. We have introduced Sage Pay on our website to give you added security when you shop on-line.

Status

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately we are unable to alter your order once it has been confirmed, and we are unable to cancel it once it has been dispatched. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues.

T&C'S

By placing an order on the Manukalife website, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions (See customer services). Delivery: UK Delivery - Postage and packing to UK delivery addresses is charged at £4.50. Europe Delivery - Postage and packing to European delivery address is charged at £8.00 and the Rest of the world at £12.00. Please allow 5-7 days for the delivery of your order. However, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and postage should take an additional one to two days.

Dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to seven working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. We cannot guarantee stock availability of sale product.

For UK delivery orders are sent "first class recorded signed for" via Royal Mail, so that means someone has to sign for the parcel and it cannot be left behind the gate. We recommend you use a daytime address e.g. work address. If you are not in, Royal Mail will leave you a postcard asking you to pick up your parcel from the nearest sorting office. Returns

Should you be unhappy with any part of your order, you can return it for refund or exchange within 14 days, providing it is returned in a saleable condition and all tags are attached. Please follow the returns process below and ensure you enclose a copy of your receipt or contact details with your return.
